St Helen's Church Hall Hire, Stapleford

St Helen’s has a modernised well-equipped hall available for hire. It’s a perfect place for a private party, family gathering or community meeting.  But also businesses and charities may hire the space on a regular basis or for one-off events.

Facilities include:–
A fully fitted kitchen, ladies and gents toilets, a disabled toilet, ramp access, tables and chairs for 100 people, and some audio visual equipment.  Wi-fi is available.

St Helen's Community Annexe, Stapleford - OUR new space!

This is a smaller but still spacious, venue, perfect for community groups, charity events, meetings, and functions.  Newly built in 2018, the carpeted community room spills out into an enclosed courtyard through french doors.

Ideal for community groups of various interests, education, retreats, charity events. It’s also great place to hold small receptions or family functions, and the room can be connected to the church for follow-on refreshments following events in church.

It is not usual for this to be hired for private children’s parties, but the Church Hall is available for these.

Facilities include:–
A fully fitted kitchen, 2 toilets (1 accessible), tables and chairs for 40 people. Wifi.


The halls are not licensed to sell alcohol, although it can be served without charge at a private function, and operates a ‘No Smoking’ policy.

To keep noise and nuisance down for our neighbours we ask users to vacate the premises by 11pm.

There is limited parking on Frederick Road so we suggest that hall users respect the residents and use the car park nearby on Cliffe Hill Avenue.
